Petra Ingham
As a Contemporary Visual Artist, Petra’s work focuses on the relationship between art, poetry and sound. Listening to different genres of music, and immersing herself in the sounds of nature, allows for a spontaneous and intuitive emotional response. Having her studio in a Church has also greatly influenced her practice. Please note the studio is closed during the Sunday service.

My studio space, set in the beautiful St Mary’s Church, is surrounded by stained glass windows and stone. Working from the apex of the Church gives a sense a space and peace. These surroundings greatly influence my practice. Studio open from 12:30 after Church service on Sunday

My studio is on a mezzanine floor with steps to it. I will also have work available on the ground floor with disabled access.
