Please read all the notes against each entry and provide the information in the format specified

  • Please use your name unless you have a significantly different trading name (Please do not put 'Name Artform' - e.g. Jo Bloggs Printmaker). This is what will be displayed in the brochure
  • Only use if your name is different to 'Business name' above
  • For internal use only
    Winter studios is optional to artists that are chosen for the summer. A non-exhibiting artist has a web listing only. You need to have been an exhibiting artist within the last 2/3 years to be a non-exhibiting member.
  • A returning artist has gone through the selection process from 2022 or later and has been accepted.
  • An emerging artist is in their first two years of practice.
  • This is optional. Summer preview evenings take place on the Friday 6-9pm prior to open studios weekend
  • Write in the 3rd person (e.g. Mark's sculpture is...). Keep this to no more then 50 words. This will be published on the website so please check carefully for accuracy.
